El Ayuntamiento de Abenójar va a poner en práctica un planteamiento integrado sobre ahorro y abastecimiento de energía, mediante planes de actuación energética sostenibles y planteamientos urbanos integrados que van más allá de las distintas intervenciones en edificios o modos de transporte.


Los planes de eficiencia energética sostenibles e integrados con objetivos claros, implican a los ciudadanos en su elaboración y aplicación y a informarlos adecuadamente acerca de su contenido y de los avances logrados hacia los objetivos fijados. Estos planes pueden generar considerables ahorros de energía, especialmente si son aplicados por sistemas de gestión energética que permitan a los organismos públicos gestionar mejor su consumo de energía.

The City Council of Abenójar will implement an integrated approach to energy saving and supply, through sustainable energy action plans and integrated urban approaches that go beyond the different interventions in buildings or modes of transport.


Sustainable and integrated energy efficiency plans with clear objectives involve citizens in their preparation and implementation and to inform them adequately about their content and the progress made towards the objectives set. These schemes can generate considerable energy savings, especially if they are implemented by energy management systems that allow public bodies to better manage their energy consumption.

Estos planes de eficiencia energética municipal se fundamentan en dos pilares básicos:


1.- La creación pionera de la Comunidad Energética de Abenójar fomenta el ahorro energético y contribuye al desarrollo de la generación distribuida, reduciendo la dependencia energética y cumpliendo los objetivos energéticos y medioambientales fijados para reducir el impacto medioambiental, fomentando a su vez la economía circular en la localidad.


  2.- Elaboración y ejecución de los proyectos IDaE que permiten una mejora energética sustancial y el aprovechamiento de energías renovables, contribuyendo a una mejora medioambiental reduciendo la dependencia energética. Finalizada la obra de cambio de envolvente térmica en el edificio principal del Ayuntamiento, permitirá a nuestra entidad local un ahorro energético muy considerable

- CREACIÓN DE LA COMUNIDAD ENERGÉTICA LOCAL  JUNTO CON  

Por todo lo anterior y de mano de la empresa ©CELManagement, el Ayuntamiento de Abenójar ha constituido una “Comunidad Energética Local”, en la que participa no sólo el ente local y Renowa, sino tod@s l@s vecin@s que quieran beneficiarse de las ventajas de consumir energía limpia, barata y generada en nuestro municipio, sin compromiso de permanencia y disfrutando de un considerable ahorro de tarifa energética. 


La principal fuente de financiación de la CEL MANAGEMENT ABENÓJAR para la instalación de las placas solares fotovoltaicas proviene principalmente de la línea de ayudas fijadas por el IDaE para las Comunidades energéticas ⤦

These municipal energy efficiency plans are based on two basic pillars:

  

1.- The pioneering creation of the Abenójar Energy Community promotes energy savings and contributes to the development of distributed generation, reducing energy dependence and meeting the energy and environmental objectives set to reduce the environmental impact, while promoting the circular economy in the town.


  2.- Preparation and execution of IDaE projects that allow a substantial energy improvement and the use of renewable energies, contributing to environmental improvement by reducing energy dependence. Once the work to change the thermal envelope in the main Town Hall building is completed, it will allow our local entity to achieve very considerable energy savings.

- PROYECTOS IDaE: siguiendo la hoja de ruta de la Agenda 2030, el Ayuntamiento de Abenójar pone en marcha el objetivo 7 “Garantizar el acceso a una energía asequible, segura y sostenible” promovido por la Diputación de Ciudad Real e IDae ( Instituto para la Diversificación y Ahorro de la Energía). Con ello se pretende aumentar la cooperación para facilitar el acceso a las tecnologías energéticas no contaminantes, incluidas las fuentes de energía renovables, la eficiencia energética y las tecnologías avanzadas y menos contaminantes de combustibles fósiles, y promover la inversión en infraestructura energética y tecnologías de energía no contaminante.

Lo anterior se estructura en dos ejes de actuación, que se materializarán en los próximos meses:

1. Programa Operativo de Crecimiento Sostenible: para el período 2014-2020 el IDAE desarrolla la labor de organismo intermedio para la gestión de Fondos FEDER dedicados a la economía baja en carbono. Tras el asesoramiento de técnicos expertos en la materia, el Ayuntamiento de Abenójar va a actuar en los siguientes proyectos:

⇰ Instalación de placas solares fotovoltaicas en el Colegio CEIP Ntra. Sra. de la Encarnación por importe de 5.769,60€.


⇰ Cambio y renovación de ventanas y puertas del edificio del Ayuntamiento de Abenójar por importe de 92.291,62€.


⇰ Terminación del cambio de leds de alumbrado público en las calles de la localidad de Abenójar por importe de 204.001,27€.


2. PROGRAMA DUS 5000 cuyo objetivo es dar un impulso al Desarrollo Urbano Sostenible, en los municipios de reto demográfico como lo son Abenójar y Fontanosas, mediante actuaciones que constituyan proyectos singulares de energía limpia como por ejemplo proyectos de eficiencia energética en edificios e infraestructuras públicas, de fomento de las inversiones verdes y, en particular, del autoconsumo, así como de movilidad sostenible, facilitando el cambio modal y garantizando la participación de los municipios en el despliegue de la infraestructura de recarga e impulso del vehículo eléctrico, incluyendo medidas de ahorro energético y reducción de la contaminación lumínica mediante la mejora de la iluminación pública.

Actualmente el Ayuntamiento de Abenójar está trabajando en la elaboración del proyecto de este programa, que va a girar en torno a la instalación de puntos de recarga de vehículos eléctricos y el cambio de la iluminación interior de edificios municipales.

 - IDaE PROJECTS: following the roadmap of the 2030 Agenda, the City Council of Abenójar launches objective 7 "Guarantee access to affordable, safe and sustainable energy" promoted by the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real and IDae (Institute for the Diversification and Saving of Energy).  This is intended to increase cooperation to facilitate access to clean energy technologies, including renewable energy sources, energy efficiency and advanced and cleaner fossil fuel technologies, and to promote investment in energy infrastructure and clean energy technologies.

The above is structured in two axes of action, which will materialize in the coming months:


• 1. Operational Program for Sustainable Growth: for the period 2014-2020, the IDAE develops the work of intermediate body for the management of ERDF Funds dedicated to the low-carbon economy. After the advice of technical experts in the field, the City Council of Abenójar will act in the following projects:

⇰ Installation of photovoltaic solar panels in the CEIP School Ntra. Sra. de la Encarnación for an amount of € 5,769.60.



⇰ Change and renovation of windows and doors of the Abenójar City Council building for an amount of € 92,291.62.


⇰ Completion of the change of public lighting LEDs in the streets of the town of Abenójar for an amount of € 204,001.27.



• 2. DUS 5000 PROGRAMME whose objective is to give a boost to Sustainable Urban Development, in municipalities of demographic challenge such as Abenójar and Fontanosas, through actions that constitute unique clean energy projects such as energy efficiency projects in public buildings and infrastructures, promotion of green investments and, in particular, self-consumption, as well as sustainable mobility, facilitating modal change and guaranteeing the participation of municipalities in the deployment of the charging infrastructure and promotion of the electric vehicle, including energy saving measures and reduction of light pollution through the improvement of public lighting. 



Currently the City Council of Abenójar is working on the elaboration of the project of this program, which will revolve around the installation of recharging points for electric vehicles and the change of the interior lighting of municipal buildings.
